Update: Maybe ol’ Hugo was referring to the Obama Administration’s DoJ intervention on the side of the RIAA in a filesharing lawsuit, arguing that awarding damages 425,000 times the actual damages would be appropriate. Ignoramus indeed, although that may be better applied to Michael Hertz, Obama’s Acting Assistant AG.
